After making an enquiry, we will contact you to arrange an initial intake assessment.During this assessment, we will evaluate your needs and determine the best practitioner to assist you. This process may take a few hours to a few days, depending on availability.Once matched with a suitable practitioner, they will reach out to schedule an appointment.You will receive login details for our HRC Patients Portal, where you can manage your appointments and communicate securely with your practitioner.

Payments for sessions can be made via debit or credit card, PayPal, or directly to HRC’s bank account. If you find that our services no longer meet your needs, you can cancel your remaining sessions by providing 72 hours' notice. You can also request a change of practitioner within HRC or transfer to another provider. |
